West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical Unversity KazMSA is a non-profit, independent organization with republican status, representing the interests of medical students throughout Kazakhstan. The purpose of this organization is to promote cooperation with students and young doctors from other regions and other associations, to promote medical students and young doctors in obtaining practical skills and theoretical medical knowledge, to help create a modern, competitive Kazakhstan with an effective national health care system and medical education,also cooperation with universities, researching institutes of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, including professional ny (practical) and research exchange among students around the world.
The organization was established in 2013 and works with 8 higher educational institutions of the state and international level, representing education in two main areas: medical and pharmaceutical in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KazMSA is a member of the International Federation of World Medical Associations (IFMSA), which is the largest of all youth organizations and is officially recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The basis of the organization’s activities are standing committees in the following areas:
-medical education;
– public health;
-protection of human rights and peace;
– Reproductive health, including HIV and AIDS;
-professional (practical) exchange;
– research exchange.
At this time, KazMSA successfully concluded contracts with such countries as Turkey, Brazil, Poland, Romania, Italy, Russia, France, Mexico, Georgia, etc.
