- Аn identity document (required for identification);
- Six photos measuring 3×4 centimeters;
- Medical certificate on form 075/y
- In cases of the introduction of restrictive measures, a state of emergency, the occurrence of emergency situations of a social, natural and man-made nature in a certain territory, a medical certificate is provided directly to the educational organization as these measures are canceled;
- Certificate of passing the test in a foreign language (if available);
- A document confirming employment (for people with work experience);
- A list of scientific and methodological works (if available).
- The documents listed in sub-paragraphs 6) and 7) are provided in originals and copies.
- In case of providing an incomplete list of documents specified in this paragraph, the admission committee of the OVPO does not accept.
- A copy of the certificate of comprehensive testing
