Department of Strategic Development and International Cooperation

The Department of Strategic Development and International Cooperation includes: the Department of Strategic Development, the Department of Quality Management System, the Department of Master’s and Doctoral Studies and the Department of International Cooperation, Projects and Academic Mobility.

The main purpose of the Department of Strategic Development and International Cooperation is to:

– determine the strategic directions of the university’s development in accordance with the State Programs for the Development of Health, Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

– achieving the targets of the University’s Development Program, the University’s mission and quality policy in all areas of its activities;

– ensuring the university’s participation in national and international rankings, preparing for the university’s accreditation;

– ensuring the organization, coordination and implementation of cooperation between the University and foreign educational institutions through the development of international relations and partnerships;

– positioning the University in the international educational space;

– supervising and providing methodological support for the educational process in the master’s and doctoral programs.

The Department of Strategic Development and International Cooperation reports to the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Science and International Cooperation and interacts with all structural divisions of the University.
