“Standardized patient” training

From 18 to 19 February, 2020 on the basis of WKMOMU Central Scientific-Practical center were held a training for the teaching staff of clinical departments on the topic “Standardized Patient”. 

The training was prepared and conducted by d.m.s., Associate professor Zhumalina Akmaral Kanashevna.

Associate professor read a lecture, presented a video using a standardized patient. Within the framework of the seminar, there were done script works in small groups.

On the second day of the training, the clinical scenarios developed by the students themselves were demonstrated.

The main idea of ​​the training was the need to improve the educational process, in particular, using the “Standardized Patient” method at WKMOMU, it can help teachers to control the educational process and evaluate the students’ communication skills.
