Online seminar

An online workshop for the exchange of experience in the dissemination, epidemiology, laboratory diagnostics and treatment of COVID-19 was held at the Marat Ospanov ZKMU from 25 to 29 may.

It was attended by employees of the Marat Ospanov state medical UNIVERSITY, practical doctors, interns, residents and a strategic partner of the University – the Poznan University of medical Sciences.

Topical issues were heard and discussed:

«Epidemiological and clinical situation with COVID-19 in Poland and in Europe» (лектор Jacek Wysocki MD, PhD),

Epidemiological situation on the incidence of COVID-19 in the region of Western Kazakhstan – (lecturer Urazaeva Saltanat Turakovna, Ph.D.(in Medicine), associate professor), Etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and management of SARS-CoV-2 infection –  (лектор Anna Mania, MD, PhD, Ass. Prof., Department of Infectious Diseases and Child Neurology) , Etiology, Pathomorphology, Clinical picture of Coronavirus Infections 2019-NCOV – (lecturer M. Kurgambekova Department of Infectious Diseases and Children’s Infections, Ph.D., Associate Professor) and others.

During the events, after hearing reports, participants discussed, answered questions, and exchanged views. Seminars are of great practical importance for all students.
