On October 29-30, Moscow hosted the annual XI international forum “Rosmedobr-innovative training technologies” where the most pressing issues of medical education were discussed.
This year, the conference was held online, so everyone could listen to the reports of experts from leading universities and training centers around the world. Issues of continuing medical education, accreditation of medical personnel, work of medical workers in the context of a pandemic, and distance learning were considered.
As part of the conference, a master class “Continuous training in communication skills at the stage of pre-graduate medical education: a post-factum view” was held, which was conducted by ESMA Avakyan, Executive Director of the AMEE – Russia center, and Sofia Belogubova, project management specialist at AMEE Russia. At the end of the master class, a competition was announced for teachers, in which they were asked to describe ways to study communication skills in teaching and implement them in the educational process. Was recognized as the best work of Miraleyeva Alua, acting associate Professor of the Department of clinical laboratory and visual diagnostics, which contains a variety of methods used, especially the organizers noted the “art of presentation” method, training in a skill that is inextricably linked to communication and is so necessary in modern society. As a prize, the winner will receive the book “Key skills of a medical teacher”.
