About the contest
The contest is open to the teaching staff of the EHPE (full-time teachers) who have continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of at least five years at the time of submission of documents to the Contest, and high achievements in pedagogical and scientific activities in order to encourage and support them.
The purpose of the contest is to increase the professional and pedagogical culture of the teaching staff of the EHPE (hereinafter – the teaching staff), the level of educational, methodological and educational work, stimulating the activity of the scientific potential of the teaching staff by creating favorable conditions for professional self-realization, increasing motivation for further professional development of teachers.
Stages of the contest holding
The contest is held in two stages – intra-university and republican.
Stage I of the Contest– starts on November 12, 2020 and continues until November 30, 2020.
To participate in the stage I of the Contest, applicants from among the full-time teachers of the university submit the following documents through the information system of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (universitycontest.iac.kz):
- application form for participation in the contest for the award of the title “The best university teacher “, in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Rules for conferring the title of ” The best university teacher “;
- information in accordance with qualitative and quantitative indicators, in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Rules for conferring the title “The best the university teacher “;
- the annual work schedule, in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Rules for conferring the title “The best university teacher “;
- personal sheet of personnel records;
- copy of the identification document .
The documents submitted for the Contest undergo examination carried out by an expert group from the staff and faculty of the EHPE.
The EHPE Commission, on the basis of the conclusion of the expert group, makes a decision and sends the contest documentation of applicants for participation in the 2nd republican stage of the Contest for the title ” The best university teacher”.
Stage II of the Contest– starts on December 4, 2020 and continues until December 15, 2020.
