The International Scientific and Practical Forum “Technologies and Innovations” was held on the ZOOM online platform with the participation of representatives of five countries of the Caspian region.
The event was organized by the Astrakhan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia in order to discuss the prospects and problems of introducing new technologies in various fields of science and industry, exchange experience, plan joint work to involve researchers in scientific and innovative activities, support initiatives and stimulate innovative technologies.
The forum was attended by the partner states of the Caspian region: Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan.
Rector of the West Kazakhstan Medical University named after Marat Ospanov, Murat Teleuov, in his welcoming speech, emphasized the importance of cooperation within the framework of the activities of the Association of the Caspian States on topical issues in the field of modern innovative technologies and interaction of specialists from different regions.
The rector stressed that the forum has become the main platform for holding events of the business, scientific and practical program and negotiations.
The speakers touched upon various areas: innovative technologies in the practice of medical education, the role of innovative methods in the prevention of complications of myopia in children, the organization of high-tech ophthalmic care for premature babies, and much more.
Doctoral student of Marat Ospanov ZKMU Myltykbay Rysmakhanov made a report “The possibility of using retrograde reperofusion of a graft in kidney transplantation”, saying that transplantation is the only radical method of treating chronic renal failure, the results of preliminary studies and that the proposed technique of retrograde reprofusion will allow improve the long-term survival of the transplanted organ.
“Holding this forum is not only an opportunity to communicate on professional topics, but also to get acquainted with the best practices of international centers and new opportunities for innovative technologies,” Myltykbai Rysmakhanov shared his opinion.
