20th European Conference on e‐Learning ‐ ECEL 2021

As part of the implementation of a scientific and technical project for grant financing of young scientists of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic “Social responsibility of students in the conditions of vocational training in universities of Western Kazakhstan”, the research group – Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Psychology Zhumaliyeva Gulmira Sainovna, Master of Public Health, Researcher of the Department of Scientific and Analytical Work Alia Maratovna Makasheva and the project’s scientific leader, PhD, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology Knissarina Malika Maksatovna took part in the international scientific conference “20th European Conference on e-Learning – ECEL 2021”, held on October 28-29, 2021. at the University of Applied Sciences HTW in Berlin, Germany. The aim of the 20th European Conference on E-Learning (ECEL 2021) was to strengthen scientific debate on e-learning issues affecting the future of our society and future generations.

The European Conference on E-Learning was founded 20 years ago and is held annually in various European countries – France, Portugal, England, the Netherlands, Greece and Portugal, etc. ECEL is usually attended by participants from more than 40 countries and attracts an interesting combination of academic scientists, practitioners and people involved in various aspects of e-learning.

Due to the epidemiological situation and in order to protect the health of the participants, the conference organizing committee preferred to hold the conference online in Zoom, therefore, according to the conference program, the researchers presented their report on the topic “Features of e-Learning in the System of Studying Social Responsibility of Students” in online format.
