ADOPTING THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COLLEAGUES

As part of the multifaceted work on the training of a new generation of doctors, specialists of international level, a program for cooperation with visiting professors from near and far abroad is being implemented.

Colleagues from Tver State Medical University conducted a rich course of lectures at the Department of Dentistry of Internship and Postgraduate Education. Associate Professors of the Department of Dentistry, Ph.D., maxillofacial surgeon Davydova O.B., as well as Ph.D., orthopedic dentist Kostin I.O. they read to the interns of the 6th year and residents of the specialty “Maxillofacial surgery for adults, children” a series of lectures on the topic “Dental implantation”, “Modern methods of X-ray diagnostics in dentistry”, “Facial pain”. The lectures, held on the basis of the ZOOM platform, revealed the main aspects of preparation and anesthesia during dental implantation, as well as the features of surgical and orthopedic stages of implantation.

In addition, the lecture course included topics covering neurological and oncological diseases of the maxillofacial region.
