International training seminar

Head of the Department of Public Health and Health Ermukhanova L.S. and Associate Professor of the Department of Evidence-Based Medicine and Scientific Management Alekenova N.U. took part in an international training seminar within the framework of the Project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Technologies for assessing the effectiveness and analyzing the impact of health systems. Comparative analysis at the international level” (Almaty).

Project coordinators – Lyazzat Kosherbaeva, Aizhan Samambaeva and Yolanda Peña, conducted training on the dissemination of approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the healthcare system among specialists, familiarized them with the indicators for assessing the effectiveness of SP, where they paid special attention to indicators of curable and preventable mortality, their application in practice abroad and in Republic, to create a regional intersectoral balance and analyze the importance of the health sector in Kazakhstan and in comparison with other countries.

The knowledge gained will contribute to the educational activities of the magistracy and doctoral studies, as well as to the conduct of scientific research.
