NJSC “WKMU named after Marat Ospanov” and Poznan University of Medical Science – a new stage of bilateral partnership

А virtual meeting was held with representatives of the Poznan University of Medical Science (Poland) and WKMU named after Marat Ospanov on developing of cooperation. From the Polish side participated MD PhD Professor Yaroslav Walkowyak and MD PhD Professor Marzena Dvoracka, from WKMU – Chairman of the Board – Rector A.A. Kaliyev and Head of Chair of Social Healthcare – Ermukhanova L.S.
The parties discussed the possibilities for further strategic cooperation between the Universities. Cooperation in the field of medical education, science, development of joint educational programs, double-diploma education, academic mobility of faculty and students, exchange of knowledge on visiting professors, teaching pedagogical competencies were identified as the most priority areas.

Undoubtedly, international cooperation is a strategy for the effective development of Universities. The success achieved as a result of cooperation is a confident step forward, because our achievements, innovations will be reflected in the quality of knowledge of our graduates, medical services, and therefore will contribute to maintaining the health of our entire society.
The meeting was held in a constructive business style, with further plans for cooperation.
