Memorandum of Cooperation

Within the framework of the “Days of the Medical Center of President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in the Aktobe region on mutual cooperation and the introduction of modern technologies in the Congress-hall named after Akkagaz Doszhanova there was held a meeting of Akim of the region E.L. Tugzhanov, Rector of the University A.A. Kaliyev and the medical community, with a delegation from the capital, headed by the leader Tsoy A.V.
In the Congress-hall named after Akkagaz Doszhanova, students demonstrated the achievements and developments of student scientific societies, which are 23 at the University!
The Rector of the University A.Kaliyev shared further plans for the introduction and improvement of educational programs, development and modernization of facilities.

The plan is to introduce 21 programs, including 16 on residency and 5 on master degree.
With regards to the development and modernization of university bases, Kaliev A.A. he dwelled in detail on 5 objects and for the 3 of them the conclusion of the state examination will be received in the near future, for 2 other – the development of design estimates is underway (reconstruction of the medical center and reconstruction of the dental clinic).
In the Congress-hall, there was held a meeting with the medical community, students. Also was shown a video: “Medical Center of President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a unified healthcare system”
Welcoming speeches were made by Akim of the region E.L. Tugzhanov and the head of the MC of PAA of RK Tsoy A.V.

2. “On the activities of the Central Clinical Hospital”, Bralov Z.A., President of the Central Clinical Hospital;
3. “United sanatoriums of the system of the Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Sterligov Ya.V., President of JSC “Ok-Zhetpes”;
4. “JSC Center for Medical Technology – training and advanced training”, Tileubekov K.U., President of CMTIS.
