Comfortable environment for teachers

The creation of a convenient, high-quality, well-maintained and comfortable environment, as adapted as possible, primarily for the teaching staff, staff and students, is one of the key goals of the university.

At the present stage, the successful development of a higher educational institution depends on the high performance of scientific and pedagogical workers and employees, their qualifications, professional training and level of education, relationships within the team, working and living conditions.

The main task of the University is to create proper working and learning conditions, striving for continuous improvement.

Today, the opening of a co-working center for students took place, but teachers did not go unnoticed. For teachers in the first educational building, a recreation area in the Loft style was opened.

The premises were repaired, furniture, computer installations were purchased, literature was placed. All this contributes to the creation of an atmosphere of calmness and comfort at the psychological level, to the improvement of the working capacity of the brain, which is an essential criterion for successful activity in the educational process.

The first recreation area created at the University is a space for self-education during extracurricular time, relaxation and communication, spending time at breaks, for unloading brain activity and a psychological pause while reading or talking with colleagues, discussing projects of educational and scientific activities, etc. Further creation of comfortable conditions will continue.
