Exchange of pedagogical experience within the framework of the program “Academic mobility of university teaching staff” “Aktobe-Astana”

From October 18 to 24, 2023, within the framework of the academic mobility program of the teaching staff, senior teacher of the Department of Medical and Biological Chemistry Besimbayeva Zh.B. conducted out coming academic mobility at the Department of General Chemistry and Biological Chemistry of the “Astana Medical University”.

The purpose of the academic mobility program is to improve the competitiveness of university teachers, exchange pedagogical experience.

Bessimbayeva Zh.B. held open practical classes on the subject of “Biological Chemistry” in the 2nd year of the groups “General Medicine” (in Kazakh) and “General Medicine” (in English) and shared her pedagogical experience. During the classes, discussions were held with students and innovative teaching methods were used. As part of the working process, a meeting was organized with the head of the Department of General Chemistry and Biological Chemistry, Ph.D. Sapieva A.O. and Doctor of chemical Sciences, Professor Seytembetov T.S. and review with laboratory equipment and research work of the department.

The implementation of the academic mobility program of teaching staff makes it possible to expand friendly relations between teachers and scientists of medical universities of the country, increases the professional qualifications of teachers and improves the quality of teaching.

After completing the exchange of experience, a certificate was awarded about conducting academic mobility in two languages.
