Career guidance work

Last week, the specialists of the admission committee А.Tulebaeva, М.Zldeeva visited Atyrau and the district centers of the Atyrau region for the purpose of career guidance. Representatives of our university visited 28 schools of the regional center, where they met with graduating students.

At the meeting, videos and presentations about our university, history, famous people who studied and worked at our university, educational programs, achievements of our university, talked about the innovations of the UNT and much more were shown. The students listened with interest and asked a lot of questions, to which they received detailed answers.

The specialists of the admissions committee held a meeting with graduates of medical colleges, they were mainly interested in the issues of shortened post-college education. Students were also interested in the issues of living in a dormitory, academic mobility, psychometric testing, the possibility of studying in English, as many had certificates of English proficiency at a fairly high level.

Representatives of the city department of Education provided assistance in conducting career guidance, for which our teachers expressed gratitude to them.
