A promising program

Increasing the potential of the teaching staff and settling down is one of the most important strategic directions of the university’s development. In order to increase the human resources potential of the university and attract young specialists to teaching, the «Umiti University» program was launched for the first time this year on the initiative of the rector of the university. The main objective of the «Umiti University» program is to increase the human resources potential of the university, rejuvenate the staff and ensure the phased involvement of young specialists in all areas of the educational institution.

Candidates under the age of 35 who have a higher medical education, a specialist certificate, scientific publications, a level of English proficiency of at least Pre-Intermediate, a letter of recommendation from the head of the department can take part in the competition.

In order to encourage young professionals who have been hired, a room in the university dormitory is provided, a one-time allowance of 1,000,000 tenge (one million tenge) and a monthly allowance of 50% of the official salary of a full-time assistant teacher / lecturer of the department is paid for 1 year. At the same time, the main condition for the applicant is admission to doctoral studies and scientific work.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, 11 employees were hired under the «Umiti University» program.
