Competition in functional training (crossfit) dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the city of Aktobe

On January 17, at 11.00 a.m. in the Zhastar Arena sports complex there will be a competition organized by the Sunkar sports club and the Department of Physical Education on functional training (crossfit) among the teaching staff and employees of ZKMU named after. M. Ospanov, dedicated to the 155th anniversary of the city of Aktobe.

The goals of the competition are to involve the university faculty in systematic physical education and sports, and to identify the most physically prepared athletes.Men and women take part in the competition in age categories: A – 25-35 years old, B – 36-45 years old, C – 46-50 years old, D – 50+.

Participants and teams who took 1st, 2nd and 3rd place based on the results of the competition are awarded with certificates and medals. For 1st place – a prize.
