Meeting of graduates of 2024 with employers
As part of the measures for the preliminary distribution and further employment of graduates of 2024 at the NJSC “ZKMU named after Marat Ospanov” from 14.03. until March 15, 2024, the annual “Job Fair” is taking place.On March 14, 2024, in the Conference Hall named after A. Doszhanova, a regular meeting of graduates of bachelor’s, internship, residency, master’s and doctoral studies with representatives of educational institutions, employers – heads of medical organizations of Aktobe and Mangistau regions was held.
Together with the dean’s offices, the meeting was organized by the Center for Professional Growth of the NJSC “ZKMU named after Marat Ospanov.” The event was opened by a member of the Board, Vice-Rector for Clinical Work N.M. Musin. Head of the Center for Professional Growth Almagambetova A.S. familiarized future young specialists with the rules of mandatory work for state grants, exemption from work, and information about vacancies in various specialties in the regions.
Graduates who studied under the grant are distributed according to applications received from employers of both public and private medical institutions. In the current academic year, 854 graduates are completing their studies, including 491 under state orders. According to the Law on Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 390 of March 30, 2012, Order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 403 of August 11, 2023, graduates of medical specialties studying on a state grant are required to work in medical organizations for at least 3 years.
During the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Health Administration of the Aktobe Region, Tulkibaeva B.M., and the representative of the OHC of the Mangistau Region, Tokanov M.K. spoke. Chief doctors, directors of medical institutions at the regional, district levels of the Mangistau and Aktobe regions made introductory presentations on the conditions of employment.After the presentations, the meeting continued in a free format, each graduate had the opportunity to personally discuss with employers the conditions for their future employment. The first day of the “Job Fair” for graduates of 2024 of the NJSC “ZKMU named after Marat Ospanov” in working mode with representatives of practical healthcare was held at a fairly high level.03/15/2024 – the second day of the preliminary distribution of university graduates will be organized in the format of a meeting with employers in the Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions.
