Job Fair

As part of the activities for the preliminary distribution and further employment of graduates in 2024, an annual job fair was held from March 14 to 15.

In the Akkagaz Doszhanova conference hall, regular meetings of graduates of bachelor’s degree, internship, residency, master’s and doctoral studies were held with representatives of universities, heads of medical organizations of Aktobe, Mangystau, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan, Kostanay regions, private medical institutions. Together with the deans, the meetings were organized by the Center for Professional Growth.

The event was opened by the Vice-rector for Clinical Work N.Musin. Future young specialists were familiarized with the rules of mandatory processing of state grants, exemption from processing, information about vacancies in various specialties in the regions.

The graduates were addressed by the deputy head of the regional health department B.Tulkibayeva, a representative of the University of Mangystau region M.Tokanov, Head of the Personnel Management Department of the Kyzylorda region UZ Z.Sarybayeva, representative of the North Kazakhstan region Medical Institution K.Isakhov, representatives of MC Eurasia, Zhemchuzhina Stomed, chief doctors, directors of medical and preventive institutions at the regional and district levels of Mangystau, Aktobe, Kyzylorda, North Kazakhstan and Kostanay regions. A graduate of the university in 2023 told about her work as a GP doctor in Sarykol district hospital of Kostanay region.

After the presentations, the meeting continued in a free format, each graduate had the opportunity to personally discuss with employers the conditions of their future employment. The employers highly appreciated the organization of the event and expressed gratitude to the university administration.

The job fairs were held in a fruitful manner, in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
