The Department of Surgical and Pediatric Dentistry, together with the SNK Dentist, organized the V Intra-university Olympiad in Surgical Dentistry among 4th-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry, held within the framework of the Ospanov science week. The Olympiad was held in 4 stages, 3 teams competed.

At the Olympiad, all teams showed excellent theoretical knowledge, erudition, ability to work in a team, and also showed their creative talents. Especially, the guests expressed great interest in the third round, having the opportunity to observe the practical skills of the participants in the video broadcast format of tooth extraction, suturing.

According to the results of the Olympiad, the first place was taken by the 406 team of the DentOris group, the second place 407 by the Potters group, the third place 408 by the DentalBots group.

Activists of the SNK Dentist, who made a special contribution to the organization of the Olympiad, Vitaly Kim and Dmitry Kurgan, were also awarded a Letter of Thanks.
