First victory in the scientific field
In the All-Russian competition for the best “Interview about a war soldier”, a student of group 101 of the Faculty of Dentistry, Aydosova Arailym, took 3rd place.
The competition was held from January 10 to April 22, 2024 at the Orenburg State Pedagogical University. On May 6, on the eve of Great Victory Day, the results were summed up and the winners were awarded. The purpose of the annual competition is to collect oral history materials and “living voices of history” (audio, video recordings) dedicated to various problems of the war. 99 1-5 year students from universities in Moscow, Voronezh, Kostroma, Samara, Stary Oskol, Buzuluk, and Orenburg took part. For Aidosova’s competition, prepared materials from an interview with her grandmother, a home front worker during the Great Patriotic War, Urazalina Amansultan Saydalykyzy. The work also presented copies of documents about military operations, orders, and a medal of a war participant, grandfather Kias Sarsenbaev. The documents for the competition were supplemented by a video film about the feat of the war hero, his life and work in post-war peacetime. Participation in this competition was important for Arailym, because since her school years she carefully kept the personal belongings of her ancestors, considering it her duty to honor the memory of the feat of the Kazakh people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The scientific supervisor is a senior lecturer, M.Sc. Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines Mukhambetgalieva A.K.
