He took the second place at the V World Nomad Games

At the V World Nomad Games, held in Astana, the coach of the Department of Physical Education in belt wrestling Adilet Shalginbekuly won the second place among athletes from 89 countries in the type of wrestling “Koresh”. Having worthily defended the honor of the country, he raised our Flag high.

The V World Nomad Games is an international sporting event that allows us to preserve our historical culture, develops the world ethnosport movement and national sports. 

Adilet Shalginbekuly is a master of sports of international class in belt wrestling, a seven-time winner of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the World Championship in 2022, 2023, champion of the Republic of Kazakhstan among adults in 2024. As part of the Kazakhstan national belt wrestling team, he defends the honor of the country.

Since 2017, he has been a member of the adult national belt wrestling team of the Republic of Kazakhstan. His coaches are Sandybek Akhetov and Rustem Burbayev. We are proud of our colleague’s achievement.
