A new opportunity to train citizens undergoing military service

Nariman Mambetaliev is a native of Uralsk. Currently, our university is studying under the “Conscript 2.0“ program. This program is an initiative of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implemented in order to provide citizens undergoing military service with the opportunity to receive higher education.

Since 2023, agreements “On cooperation in the field of military–patriotic education of citizens“ have been signed between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and universities of the country. According to the contracts, citizens who have completed military service are allocated places at the expense of higher educational institutions. It is possible to accept them without UNT, it is enough just to have an interview with the admissions committee.

This program provides citizens who are in the army with great opportunities to achieve new prospects and master the profession.
