Trainings for students and curators
On the eve of World Mental Health Day, which is celebrated on October 10, as well as within the framework of the scientific project “Assessment of socio-psychological opportunities for intensive growth of well-being of young people in Western Kazakhstan”, teachers of the Department of Psychology conducted a number of trainings for students and master classes for teachers and curators.
G.Netalina gave a training on the topic “The ability to communicate is a great art”, G.Bekeshova — “Mental health and a positive attitude to life”, G.Kurkbasova — “Practical skills in maintaining mental health”, A.Duysenova — “Creating conditions for successful adaptation of 1st year students”. Master classes were organized for teachers and curators: A.Miraleeva conducted the lesson “My life values”, and M.Knisarina – “Promoting well — being in the university environment: tools and practices”.
Psychological trainings are recognized as one of the most effective technologies for the adaptation of first-year students. They contribute to the socialization of the individual, the development of skills of cooperation, willingness to make decisions and the disclosure of creative potential.
The training was organized within the framework of the program “Mental health and well-being of students” with an emphasis on the socio-psychological development of educational work at the university.
