The purpose is to insure the professional liability of medical workers

As part of the monitoring of the training of independent experts on professional liability insurance of medical workers, Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serikbolsin Temirkhanuly arrived at the University.

During the meeting with the audience, Serikbolsin Temirkhanuly explained the new norms of the law concerning the approval of the rules of insurance of professional liability of medical workers, and answered the questions of the participants.

Training is necessary to raise awareness among healthcare professionals about their responsibility to patients and the possibilities of protecting their professional interests. It will also create a basis for increasing confidence in the professional activities of doctors and in the general health care system.
