Competition for the annual award «Best Researcher» for 2024

The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces a competition for the annual award «Best Researcher» in order to support scientists and researchers who have contributed to the development of science and technology.

Deadline for submitting documents:

until November 28th.

Submission of applications:

Criteria for evaluating the achievements of applicants:

• The presence of an academic degree recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• The presence of an academic title awarded by an authorized body.
• Management of projects and programs in the chosen scientific field.
• The number and quality of scientific publications (articles in peer-reviewed journals, monographs, patents, etc.).
• Availability of articles in prestigious international journals in collaboration with leading foreign scientists.
• Teaching disciplines at universities during the last year.
• Training of personnel who have received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree or a doctor in the profile.
• Confirmed results of the introduction of scientific developments into production.
• Participation in public activities aimed at improving the quality and impact of scientific research.
