Student’s department

The student’s department is a structural unit of the university, part of the Department of Academic Work which is responsible for maintaining records of students.

Main functions of the student’s department:

1. Ensures the safety of students’ personal files (acceptance, maintenance, with subsequent transfer to the archive).
2. Issues certificates to students;
3. Maintains a database of students;
4. Prints diplomas for university graduates.

Head of the student department is Namazbayeva Gunara Temirkhanovna.
