Master class “Conflicts in medical organizations”
On May 4, a master class “Conflicts in medical organizations” was held at the Department of Psychology by the head of the department, Candidate of Medical Sciences A. Miraleeyva. Unfortunately, conflicts between a healthcare professional and a patient occur very often, as a result of which the patient’s trust in the doctor decreases, compliance and treatment results worsen.
Like many painful situations, conflict is easier to prevent than to stop. Therefore, it is important to know both ways to resolve conflicts in the workplace and preventive measures. At the master class, interns of the 748 group of the specialty “General Medicine” and the present teachers of the departments of Psychology, VOP1 and VOP2 got acquainted with the causes, stages of development, technology of effective behavior in conflict, as well as consolidated their knowledge in interactive practical exercises. All participants of the master class received certificates from GIFT.
The event is dedicated to the upcoming Day of the Medical worker.
