Vacant position: Head of department for industrial practice of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University”

Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:

Higher education, academic degree of at least Master’s degree, and at least 5 years of work experience in organizations of higher and postgraduate education

Functional responsibilities:

Head of department for industrial practice:

1. Plans, organizes and controls the work of the department in accordance with the Regulations on the Department for industrial practice.
2. Organizes and conducts training activities for the formation of pedagogical competencies, pedagogical and educational technologies, communication skills, distance learning technologies of the teaching staff of the University (seminars, trainings, master classes, round tables, courses, etc.).
3. Organizes monitoring of the teaching competencies of the teaching staff;
4. Provides information on the activities of the department.
5. Studies and analyzes the world experience in the field of quality assurance systems for higher education, development of proposals for their implementation;
6. Implements internal quality assurance systems in accordance with the requirements of ESG standards;
7. Monitors the work on the implementation and use of innovative-pedagogical technologies of teaching staff;
8. Acquisition of the specialists to conduct educational modules;
9. Organizes the formation of temporary creative teams to solve problems caused by their activities;
10. Concludes contracts with legal entities and individuals for the performance of work related to the activities of the department;

1. Application for the name of the Chairman of the Board – Rector;
2. Copy of the identification document;

3. Copies of diplomas of higher education, and (or) academic or scientific degree , a document on academic title and originals for verification;

1. Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification;
2. copies of certificates of a specialist / admission to clinical activity and a certificate of a medical category ( for clinical departments);
3. List of scientific works and inventions (if any). For university employees, the list of scientific papers is certified by the academic secretary;
4.  Medical certificate on the state of health according to the form No. 075 / y
5. Certificate from neuropsychiatric organization in the form
6. Certificate from narcological organization in the form
7. Certificate on presence or absence of information on the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the person committing a criminal offense.

11. Participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level, knowledge of languages, etc.
