Vacant position: head of information security department of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University”

Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:

A person with a higher technical education and at least 3 years of experience as an engineer is appointed to the position of head of the information security department.

Functional responsibilities:

2.1. Organizes the development and controls the implementation of long-term and current work plans within the competence of the Department.

2.2. Ensures the development of the draft Regulations on the Department, determines the duties of subordinates, approves job descriptions of employees.

2.3. Organizes the development and implementation of organizational and technical measures for the comprehensive protection of information at the university.

2.4. Resolves operational issues, considers incoming and outgoing correspondence, signs documents on issues related to the activities of the Department within its powers.

2.5. Ensures the implementation of the decisions of the University management on the preservation of trade secrets and the observance of the proper confidentiality regime in the activities of the Department.

2.6. Contributes to the creation of the necessary working conditions and a favorable moral and psychological climate in the team. Ensures compliance with labor discipline by employees of the Department.

2.7. Participation in the work of commissions, working groups in the areas of activity of the unit in accordance with the written order of the head.

2.8. Compliance with confidentiality requirements in accordance with the regulatory documents of the University.

2.9. Timely and high-quality performance of work, in accordance with the annual and quarterly plans of the department, as well as planned work in certain areas of activity and by order of the management.

2.10. Organization of the implementation of technical measures and work on the comprehensive protection of information at the University.

2.11. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for information protection.

2.12. Providing methodological and practical assistance in the implementation of projects, programs, plans and contracts, participation in the preparation of a business plan within the powers of the department.

2.13. Organization of work to improve the scientific and technical education of the department.

List of documents for participation in the competition:

• copy of the identification document;
• copies of diplomas of higher education, and (or) academic or scientific degree , a document on academic title and originals for verification;
• copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification;
• medical certificate on the state of health (medical professional advisory opinion) according to the form No. 075 / y, according to the forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations, approved by order of the acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
• certificate from neuropsychiatric organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
• certificate from narcological organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from narcological organization”, approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy).
• certificate on presence or absence of information on the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the person committing a criminal offense.
• participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level, knowledge of languages (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the administration of the previous place of work, certificates, diplomas, etc.).
• Persons working at the university apply characteristics of the higher management.
• A folder with dense files – 20 sheets.

Documents must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the university.
