Doctoral student of the university is a member of the grant “Tauelsizdik urpaktary”

PhD student of the 1st year Fariza Abishova, participated in the grant competition “Tauelsizdik urpaktary”, organized in honor of the 32nd anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. According to the results of the competition, she became the winner in the direction of “Science and Education” with the project “Safe childbirth — a happy family”. Her scientific work is devoted to the application of methods of prevention and safety during pregnancy and childbirth, including effective methods of preparing expectant parents for childbirth, including physical training classes, as well as informing about possible scenarios and the choice of delivery methods.

The Tauelsizdik Urpaktary grant was established by the Head of State in 2021 in order to support new and existing initiatives aimed at forming a community of active creative youth in our country. To participate in the competition, the youth of the region presented 136 projects in various areas. The members of the commission assessed the social significance and uniqueness of each project, highlighting 30 winners who received grants from Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov in the amount of 300 thousand tenge.

A graduate of our university has gone through the evolution of knowledge from an undergraduate student to a doctoral student. Fariza, having successfully completed her bachelor’s and internship studies, was selected by the state educational grant of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

After completing her residency, she began her career at the Khromtau regional hospital, and then at the Department of Pathology of pregnant women of the regional perinatal center. This academic year, Fariza enrolled in a doctoral program on an educational grant specializing in medicine.
