A university student spoke in Baku

The XI International Scientific and Practical Conference “Topical issues of Medicine” and the “V Satellite Forum on Public Health and Health Policy” organized by the public organization “Young Doctors of Azerbaijan” with the official partnership of our University took place in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku.

Askar Sagyndyk, a 3rd year student of the 311 A group of the specialty general medicine, was officially invited to this conference. The scientific thesis of Askar Sagyndyk, under the guidance of senior lecturer Aynash Duisenova, was selected for this conference and distinguished itself by its relevance of the topic.

The student made a presentation on the topic “Studying professional burnout among BSMP medical workers in the city of Aktobe and the main work with it.” The purpose of the study was to study and analyze the influence of external and personal factors on healthcare workers, leading to professional burnout and providing ways to solve the problem.

Askar Sagyndyk shared his experience of writing a thesis and put forward his ideas for the implementation of scientific research. There was a discussion between the participants, thereby making it clear about the relevance of their research.

The event ended with a speech by the organizers, and a wish for all participants of successful scientific research and striving for new heights.
