Happy international nurse’s day!

Today, on the International Day of the Nurse, I congratulate all representatives of this wonderful, noble profession on the holiday!

On May 12, for many years, nurses have been honored all over the world – representatives of the most humane, peaceful profession, on whose shoulders lies the care of patients. Your noble profession is truly priceless. Your determination, concentration, knowledge, and warmth inspire hope and confidence, set you up for recovery. The work of a nurse is very difficult physically and mentally. Only truly strong-minded, patient, humane, sensitive and responsive people remain in this noble profession, which has always been appreciated at all times. For many of you, the profession has become a way of life, has grown into a vocation, a true service to people in need of care and attention.

It is your support and kind words that are the key to a quick recovery for many patients. You are a medical staff of high service in the name of happiness, dignity, health and human life. While maintaining the best traditions of nursing practice, you are actively developing your specialty, contributing to the improvement of the entire medical care system. Every year, thanks to your tireless work, the profession of a nurse acquires an increasingly high status and public recognition.

At our university, we conduct training in the specialty of nursing and from year to year those who want to connect their lives with medicine are increasing. Modern nurses have the opportunity to receive higher education. Today, the status of a nurse is changing radically, moving from the former physician’s assistant to a separate independent nursing practice that meets international requirements with expanded functions and personal responsibility.

Thank you for your humanity, loyalty and dedication to your chosen cause, dedication, for striving to grow and improve, for the fact that thanks to you people trust medicine and begin to believe in themselves and their inner strength.

Dear nurses! I sincerely wish you good health, family well-being, success in your noble mission and respect for patients!

Happy holidays!

With respect,

Asset KALIEV,

Chairman of the Board-Rector.
