Vacant position: head of the Center for Practical Skills of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University”
Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:
Higher medical education, a scientific degree / title, work experience of at the educational, healthcare or in specialty organizations not less than 5 years, the highest or the first qualification category in the main specialty.
Functional responsibilities:
Head of the CPS :
- Supervises over the activities of the Center for the implementation of the functions assigned to it.
- Ensures that the employees of the CPS comply with the requirements of regulatory documents.
- Supervises ensuring the safety of work, compliance with the rules and regulations of safety, sanitation and fire safety at the university.
- Organizes and controls the development of regulatory, organizational and administrative documents governing the work of the university in the field of the center.
- Carries out the organization, equipping, maintaining the safety and rational use of the material base of the CPS: laboratories, premises, special medical equipment, apparatus and devices, technical means.
- Provides the organization of the teaching process in the CPS, the process of mastering and practicing practical skills trained on dummies when performing various medical activities in emergency medicine, functional diagnostics, surgery, etc.
- Organizes the planning of the activities of the CPS.
- Controls the timely verification and calibration of production measuring instruments in the subdivision entrusted to him.
- Complies with the labor regulations of the university.
- Complies with the requirements of this job description.
- 11. Takes part in the work of republican and foreign scientific and practical conferences with the publication of the results of research work in scientific publications.
- Participates in the selection of personnel, in improving the qualifications of employees of the CPS, makes proposals for remuneration and material incentives for employees, taking into account his personal contribution to the overall results of the CPS, work.

- Certificate from neuropsychiatric organization in the form
- Certificate from narcological organization in the form
- Certificate on presence or absence of information on the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the person committing a criminal offense
- Participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level, knowledge of languages, etc.
