The Department of Human Resources Management of the NJSC «West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University» informs about the beginning of accepting documents for participation in the competition for filling the vacant position of “teacher / assistant” under the “University Umiti” program for the 2024-2025 academic year and invites you to participate in the above competition
The goal of the “University Umiti” program program is to rejuvenate the university’s human resources and gradually attract young specialists into teaching.
The main requirements for applicants of the University Umiti program:
-higher medical education, specialist certificate, availability of scientific publications, English language proficiency level not lower than Pre-Intermediate;
-age up to 35 years;
-average academic performance at the end of internship and residency (GPA) – not less than 3.33 points;
-a letter of recommendation from the head of the department.
The University, recognizing the significant role of young professionals, undertakes the following obligations:
-provision of work in accordance with the specialty and qualifications;
-creating conditions for the professional adaptation of young specialists;
-referral to seminars, internships, advanced training courses in the field of professional activity;
-opportunities to participate in scientific projects;
-payment of a one-time cash benefit in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) tenge (the amount may be revised upward by the time of the competition);
-provision of a room for living in a University dormitory;
-a monthly allowance of 50% of the official salary of a full-time University lecturer when applying for the position of an assistant at the department, for 1 year.
The documents will be accepted from August 14 to 28, 2024.
Required documents:
- Copies of higher education diplomas (with appendices)
- Certificate of a specialist.
- A copy of the document on the level of English proficiency, not lower than Pre-Intermediate.
- Copies of scientific publications.
- Letter of recommendation from the head of the department.
