Professional liability insurance seminar

As part of the implementation of the action plan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to inform about changes in legislation in the field of healthcare, a training seminar for medical workers was held in the Abai center of Atyrau. The main topic of the seminar is the insurance of professional liability of medical workers and the explanation of the work of the independent expert commission on the identification of damage to the life and health of patients as a result of medical activities.

Talgat Zhumagazin, Head of the Institute for Research on Medical Law, spoke at the seminar.

The event was attended by employees of medical organizations of Atyrau region, specialists of the patient support and internal audit service, specialized specialists, employees of legal and economic departments, as well as representatives of specialized associations and trade unions.
