Marat Оspanov is 75 years old

An international scientific conference on the topic was held in our educational institution: “Global trends: Science, economics and sociology”, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of the first Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the first convocation, Doctor of Economics, Academician of the Eurasian Academy of Sciences Marat Ospanov. At the beginning of the event, the audience laid flowers at the bust of M.Ospanov.

A student fair was also held, a book exhibition was presented where a scientific review of the politician’s works was made, a photo gallery was organized telling about his exemplary life path and socio-political activities, and a documentary film “The Code of the Heart of Marat Ospanov” was shown.

Acting Rector Nadiyar Musin, speaking at a conference dedicated to the outstanding public figure Marat Ospanov, noted that this traditional event is of great importance for young people, and the university, named after the scientist, occupies a high position and plays a special role in the healthcare sector of our country. Candidate of Economic Sciences, Honored Worker of Kazakhstan Madi Artygaliev, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Altai Taizhanov made a meaningful report and shared their memories of Marat Ospanov.

At the end of the conference, Bakyt Ospanova, Chairman of the M.Ospanov Public Foundation, expressed gratitude for the respect shown to the scientist. Also, the winners of the republican essay contest among students and the mini-football tournament for the Marat Ospanov Cup among the universities of the city, organized as part of the science week, as well as the laureates of the scholarship named after the scientist, were awarded.

Thus, the traditional conference dedicated to the outstanding public figure Marat Ospanov was held at a high level this year.
