We have been trained in professional liability insurance

According to the plan of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specialized specialists of the region on professional liability insurance and the work of an independent expert commission were trained at the university. More than 500 doctors and surgeons from medical institutions of the region took part in it.

The lectures were conducted by Talgat Zhumagazin, Head of the Institute for the Study of Medical Law Problems, and Lyudmila Ermukhanova, Head of the Department of Public Health and Public Health. The main topics of the training were the introduction of a professional liability insurance system, the analysis of medical incidents and the identification of insurance cases.

Trainings on legal responsibility and legal protection of medical workers and additional exercises on this topic were also conducted.
