Visit of the Lithuanian Professor

From November 25 to 29, Professor Aurelia Blazhevichene, PhD, Head of the Department of Nursing at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (Kaunas, Lithuania), visited the Department of Public Health and Public Health within the framework of the Visiting Professors program.

During the visit, Professor Aurelia Blazhevichene conducted a series of lectures and master classes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year students of the educational program «Nursing», undergraduates, doctoral students, teachers, as well as for practical healthcare nurses, in which the main attention was paid to current trends in nursing practice. As well as the education of nurses in a rapidly changing medical environment.

The professor’s visit was an important step in strengthening academic cooperation between the two universities, facilitating the exchange of experience and expanding the horizons of scientific and educational research.
