Prospects for cooperation

Head of the Department of Hospital Therapy No. 2 of Bashkir State Medical University (Russia), Professor Bakirov Bulat Akhatovich was invited to implement the Visiting Professor program by the Department of General Medical Practice No.2 at West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University.

As known, the universities have long-term partnerships.

The visiting professor came for two weeks to exchange clinical experience, give lectures for interns of 6-7 courses and conduct a master class “How to organize a clinical trial.” The teaching staff of the university will have to adopt the experience, both theoretically and in practical terms. A visit to the university’s clinics (medical center, family medicine clinic) is planned to discuss future participation in clinical trials.

A highly qualified haematologist will have to consult Aktobe residents. Joint publications and scientific guidance of PhD students are planned by the visiting professor.
