Еxtracurricular event

On the 18^th of May teachers of the Department of Natural Sciences Disciplines S. S. Sambaeva, A.B. Akhmetova, A.A. Temirbayeva provided an extracurricular event on the theme “Features of the customs and culture of India and Kazakhstan” in groups 324 AB and 126 AB of the International Medical faculty.

The purpose of the event is the knowledge and understanding of the culture, customs, traditions of these countries, the impact on the education and formation of the personality of each student.

During the event, 1st year students spoke about the traditions and culture of the Indian people, the characteristics of the holidays Diwali, Holi. The 3rd year students prepared presentations about the Nauryz holiday, Abay Kunanbayev’s work, as well as a video dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Great Victory. The student of the group 324B, Nitin Kumar, sang a patriotic song in Hindi, while a student Fizza read Abay’s poem “Summer”, translated into English.

Providing cultural events, knowledge and respect for the culture, traditions and spiritual values of each country, significantly contributes to the formation of self-respect of each student and helps to further strengthen interethnic collaboration.
