Requirements for participation in academic exchange programs for students and a list of required documents
A specialist in academic mobility of students, together with the deans, organizes the work of the Commission for holding a competition among students.
The selection of students to foreign universities is carried out on a competitive basis. To participate in the competition, you must write an application to the dean’s office (Sample).
The main criteria for competitive selection are:
Completion of one academic period, semester, module at the University, taking into account the GPA. For students traveling under the program of academic mobility at the expense of the University (abroad and / or in the Republic of Kazakhstan), the GPA is not less than 3.00.
For non -CIS countries – a TOEFL or IELTS (6) certificate (knowledge of the English language).

1. Application addressed to the Rector;
2. Statement of the student;
3. Tripartite agreement;
4. GPA;
5. Certificate of proficiency in a foreign language;
6. Copy of your foreign passport;
7. Photo 3 * 4 (2pcs);
8. Extract from the minutes of the Management Board;
9. A copy of the invitation with translation into Kazakh or Russian.

Academic mobility of students for 2023у.
In order to exchange knowledge and experience, the university actively implements academic mobility programs among students. During the reporting period of 2023, within the framework of the educational program, outgoing academic mobility amounted to 196 students, including: «Lithuanian University of Health Sciences» – 2, «Tashkent State Dental Institute» – 89, «Astrakhan State Medical University» – 22, «Bashkir State Medical University» – 33, «University of Medical Sciences Afyonkarakhisar» – 7, «Orenburg State Medical University» – 15, «Astana Medical University» – 3, «S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University» – 1, «South Kazakhstan Medical Academy» – 16, «University of Debrecen” Hungary» – 1, «Yeditepe University» Istanbul – 2, «Comenius University» Bratislava – 2, «Harran University» Sanliurfa, Turkey – 2, «Trakya University» Edirne, Turkey – 1. The implementation of academic mobility of 180 students is planned for 2023. 196 students were completed.
According to the program of incoming academic mobility for 2023, 18 students from such universities as: «Astana Medical University» – 1, «Samarkand State Medical University» – 1, «Tashkent State Dental Institute» – 1, «Alexandria University» – 1, «Bashkir State Medical University» – 14 were admitted to ZKMU.
