Founder Information

  The founder of the non-commercial joint-stock company “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University” is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The right of ownership and use of the state-owned package of shares in the amount of 100% of the authorized capital is exercised by the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Sole Shareholder.
