For the information of applicants to the doctoral program of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicants of the international program “Bolashak”
The certification test KAZTEST is mandatory for doctoral candidates in accordance with the protocol instruction of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.K. Baymagambetov dated May 3, 2022.
In this regard, we recommend to pass certification testing at five levels (A1-C1) in all cities of the republic before the start of the deadline for accepting documents for doctoral studies in order to confirm the level of knowledge of the Kazakh language according to the KAZTEST system.
Also, applications for participation in the certification testing at the B1 (Average) level are accepted from applicants of the Bolashak program, candidates for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve entering the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other willing individuals.
