Vacant position: Head of the Digitalization Center of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University”
Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:
A person with higher professional (technical or engineering-economic) education and at least 3 years of work experience is appointed to the position of head of the digitalization center.
Functional responsibilities:
The head of the Digitalization Center is obliged to:
- To establish and promptly communicate production tasks to the employees of the department, monitor the work of the employees of the department, check the quality of the work (services) performed.
- To control the work process and technical support in automated information systems.
- To promote the development of creative initiative, rationalization, implementation of achievements of domestic and foreign science and technology, the use of best practices that ensure the effective operation of the university.
- Organize work to improve the scientific and technical knowledge of the department’s employees.
- Monitor compliance by employees subordinate to him with the rules of labor protection, safety, industrial and labor discipline, internal regulations, promote the creation of an environment of mutual assistance in the team, develop employees’ sense of responsibility and interest in timely and high-quality performance of production tasks.
- Provide methodological and practical assistance in the implementation of the transition to the integrated medical information system “DamoMed”.
- Participate in the management of the university’s business process research in order to determine the feasibility of their automation.
- To organize the activities of the digitalization department for the creation, maintenance, development and information support of a system of computer equipment, communications and communications for mechanized and automated information processing and other tasks.
- Lead the development of plans and schedules for information processing and computing work in accordance with the orders of departments and the technical capabilities of the digitalization department.
- Develops and supports the basic concept of the site, makes suggestions on refining the concept and content of the site, on maintaining a new service for site visitors.
- Performs editing and proofreading of materials and their structuring, including the design of texts, tables, etc.
- Monitors the text content of the site, constantly updating information.
- Provides assistance to authors in the design of published materials
- Participate in the selection of the main composition of electronic computing equipment, make its justification, determine the forms and methods of information collection, ensure the development and coordination with the relevant departments of the University of technological schemes for information processing on tasks and technological processes of information processing by computer technology.
- To conduct research and analysis of the information services market in order to provide the university with modern information technologies and software.
- To carry out the instructions of the head of the Department of Cyrofvization and Process Automation in a timely manner.
List of documents for participation in the competition:
- a copy of the identity document;
- Summary;
- copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and academic degrees, a document of academic rank and originals for verification;
- copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
- copies of the specialist’s certificate/admission to clinical activity and the certificate of the medical category according to the profile of the structural unit;
- a list of scientific papers and inventions (if available). For university employees, the list of scientific papers is assured by the scientific secretary;
- medical certificate of health status (medical professional advisory opinion) in form No. 075/y, according to the forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 “On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare”, issued not more than six months before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
- a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization in the form, according to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization”, approved by Order No. 272 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
- a certificate from a drug treatment organization in the form, according to the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a drug treatment organization”, approved by Order No. 272 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy).
- a certificate on the presence or absence of accounting information issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal and corruption offense by a person.
The absence of one of the above-mentioned documents is the basis for returning the documents to the participant of the competition.
- the participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level, language skills (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work, certificates, diplomas, etc.).
- persons working at the university attach a description of the higher management.
- A folder with dense files – 20 sheets.
