Vacant position: head of the Branch office of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University” in the city of Uralsk
Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:
A person who has a higher medical education and a scientific degree, a document confirming the completion of retraining / advanced training in the specialty “Health Management, as well as at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions in the field of healthcare” is appointed to the position of the head of the branch.
Functional responsibilities:
Head of the branch office must:
- Provide qualified management of the University Branch office in Uralsk, coordination of their activities and effective implementation of the duties of employees accountable to it.
- Represent the interests of the University on issues related to the activities of the Branch in courts, state bodies, as well as in relations with all legal entities (regardless of ownership forms) and individuals..
- Coordinate with the Chairman of the Management Board-the Rector opening and closing of the bank accounts of the Branch.
- Monitor and coordinate the staffing of the University Branch in the city of Uralsk in accordance with the qualification requirements of positions and the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- By proxy acts on behalf of the university within its authority in the city of Uralsk.
- Manage the activities of the Branch in accordance with the plans approved by the University.
- Carry out professional activities and mutually beneficial cooperation with various departments and organizations of the city of Uralsk in solving production issues of the university (signing contracts, approving and signing documents, representing the interests of the university at events, etc.).
- Interact with key and strategic partners of the city of Uralsk in the interests of the University.
- Ensure the implementation of the plans of the Branch in the city of Uralsk in due time.
- Prepare information, a report at the request of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Chairman of the Management Board – Rector on the activities of the Branch in the city of Uralsk.

- Copy of the identification document;
- Copies of diplomas of higher education, and (or) academic or scientific degree , a document on academic title and originals for verification;
- Copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification;
- Medical certificate on the state of health (medical professional advisory opinion) according to the form No. 075 / u, according to the forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations, approved by order of the acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
- Certificate from neuropsychiatric organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
- Certificate from narcological organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from narcological organization”, approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy).
- Certificate on presence or absence of information on the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the person committing a criminal offense.
- Participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level, knowledge of languages (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the administration of the previous place of work, certificates, diplomas, etc.).
