Vacant position: head of the department of international co-operation, projects and academic mobility of NJSC “West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University”
Basic requirements for the participant of the competition:
Higher and post-graduate education, work experience at the educational institutions at least 5 years , experience in the sphere of international activity, fluency in the state, Russian and English languages.
Functional responsibilities:
Head of the department of international co-operation, projects and academic mobility must:
1) Plan and organize the work of the department in accordance with the Charter and the Strategic Development Plan of the University, the decisions of the Academic Council.
2) Provide guidance to employees on the implementation of the work plan, the duties assigned to them and the instructions of the university management.
3) Carry out correspondent communication with foreign partners, ensure the signing of contracts and agreements in the field of international programs.
4) Organize and conduct seminars, video conferences with foreign partners on the organization of activities in the field of international projects.
5) Provide advice to the heads of educational and scientific departments responsible for the external relations of these departments on the development and effectiveness of activities in the field of international programs and projects, organizes information support.
6) Establish creative links with scientists from other universities and make proposals for the direction of internships of teaching staff, employees and students in foreign universities.
7) Inform and promote achievements in international projects of teaching staff and students, put them forward for encouragement.
8) Send correspondence and documentation passing through the department for execution.
9) Supervise the execution of plans in the field of international projects and work discipline.
10) And other.
List of documents for participation in the competition:
- copy of the identification document;
- copies of diplomas of higher education, and (or) academic or scientific degree , a document on academic title and originals for verification;
- copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification;
- copies of the specialist certificate/admission to clinical activity and the certificate of the medical category according to the profile of the structural unit;
- list of scientific papers and inventions (if available). For university employees, the list of scientific papers is assured by the scientific secretary;
- medical certificate on the state of health (medical professional advisory opinion) according to the form No. 075 / u, according to the forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations, approved by order of the acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
7) certificate from neuropsychiatric organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization” approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy);
8) certificate from narcological organization in the form, in accordance with the standard of the state service “Issuance of a certificate from narcological organization”, approved by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2015 No. 272, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents (or a notarized copy).
9) certificate on presence or absence of information on the records issued by the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the person committing a criminal offense.
10) participant of the competition has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level, knowledge of languages (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the administration of the previous place of work, certificates, diplomas, etc.).
11) Persons working at the university apply characteristics of the higher management.
