Department of Registrar’s office

The Registrar’s office is a structural subdivision of the university, part of the Department of Academic work, engaged in recording the entire history of students’ academic achievements and calculating their academic rating.

Functions of Registrar’s office:

  1. providing the organization of control system of students’ educational achievements
  2. registration of the history of students’ educational achievements during the whole tutorial
  3. maintaining of the transcript
  4. maintaining and keeping of documents according to the results of educational process.
  5. calculating the grade-point average (GPA) according to the results of academic year by reference to the results of fee-paying semester
  6. providing the estimation of academic ranking of a student
  7. forms a catalog of elective disciplines
  8. organizes the registration procedure for enrollment in elective disciplines (Enrollment)
  9. prepares and issues supplements to diplomas, Diploma Supplement to graduates
  10. prints out duplicates of lost diplomas, Supplements to them
