In 2006, she graduated from the Pediatric faculty of the Marat Ospanov state West Kazakhstan State Medical Academy, specializing in pediatrics. In 2012, she completed her master’s degree at the Marat Ospanov state West Kazakhstan State Medical University. In 2013-2016, she studied for a doctoral degree in Medicine, in 2016 she defended her dissertation on the topic: “Morphofunctional assessment of ovarian reserve under the influence of organochlorine pesticides (lindane). Awarded the degree of Doctor of PhD.

In 2007, she began her work at the university as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Normal and Topographic Anatomy with operative Surgery, and later continued her work from a teacher to an associate professor of the department. During the work of the university in 2010-2012, she was the chairman of Council of Young Scientists. In 2018-2020, Secretary, Chairman of the Local ethnic commission. Since 2023, he has been the head of the department.

Objectives:

Organization and conduct of educational, methodical and educational work in accordance with the curricula.

Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel within the framework of master’s and doctoral degree programs, as well as improving their skills through training seminars.

Preparation and conduct of research, as well as the implementation of the results obtained in the main scientific areas of the department, both independently and within the framework of scientific projects.

Development and implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process, development of external relations with employers and educational and health authorities.

Implementation of educational programs of the State Higher professional and postgraduate medical education.

Work to improve the educational process and accumulate new scientific knowledge.

History of creation:

The Department of Normal Anatomy of the ASMI was organized in 1957, the founder of the department was Associate Professor A.P. Sorokin. The first staff of the department: head of the department, Associate Professor A.P.Sorokin, PhD V.V.Morozova, assistant M.S.Bashirov, PhD K.V.Melnikova, assistant M.V.Bobrova. In 1958, the department was replenished with young teachers and assistants G.F.Lashina, A.M.Gizatullina, M.P.Obraztsova, K.M.N. T.L.Likhacheva and I.S.Zimnik. The department was headed by: 1965-1969 G.V. Stelnikov, 1969-1974 B.M. Erez, 1975-1989 K.V. Melnikova, in the period 1960-2007 the course of operative surgery was headed by V.V. Morozova, 1989-1997 V.I. Saveliev, 1997-2002 the department became a course and became part of forensic medicine and normal anatomy – O.N. Turebaev, then became part of the Department of Histology and Normal Anatomy T.J. Umbetov, 2002-2005 A.N. Zhumabaeva, 2005-2006 T.A. Adaybaev, 2006-2018 K.E. Zharilkasinov, 2018-2019 G.A. Zhurabekova, 2019-2021 L.I. Ivanova, 2021-2023 S.B. Rakhmanov.

Activities:

The activities of the Department of Normal and Topographic Anatomy with operative Surgery are focused on 3 main areas: educational, scientific and educational.

Classes at the department are held in the following specialties: medicine, military medicine, dentistry, pediatrics, nursing, pharmacy, public health.

The department also trains specialists in the educational programs of the Master’s degree and PhD doctoral studies.

Currently, 2 candidates of medical sciences, 3 PhD doctors, 1 Master of Medicine work at the department, the degree is 56% among full-time teachers. Every year, teaching staff take advanced training courses in their specialty, innovative teaching methods, and foreign language acquisition.

The staff of the department actively participates in the life of the University, in all activities related to the educational, scientific and educational process.

Achievements:

The department is actively working in the scientific field. The name of the general research topic: “The study of structural and functional features of human organs and systems and experimental animals in ontogenesis” No. 0122RKI0030.

To date, partnerships have been established with foreign research centers such as the University of L’Aquila (Italy), LUNZ Institute of Anatomy (Lithuania).

The department has a student scientific circle “Anatomist”. The number of students who are prize-winners of international Olympiads, winners of international conferences, contests, and competitions is constantly increasing. The staff of the department, together with students, organize and conduct subject Olympiads on normal and topographic anatomy.

Since 2022, students of the “Microsurgical Club” have been actively engaged in the department, 2 forums of “Young microsurgeons of Kazakhstan” have been held.

Instagram and YouTube channel, Instagram – @ospanov_normalanatomy, which highlights the activities of the department, as well as the achievements of the staff, are actively used by the department to implement educational work.
